A belated Happy New Year to everyone! One of my resolutions this year, besides losing the obligatory 10 pounds, is to blog on a regular basis.

We have so much going on in the country (and the world), it is hard to see where we, residents of the Melinda Heights area of RSM, are being impacted by the economy. Southern California real estate number differ greatly by area. I hope that I will be able to give a customized profile of what is going on with Melinda Heights real estate. I will use this site to post facts & figures about sales & activity in our area. Check back often, as my goal is to have information posted weekly!
